The combination of live and online is nothing new for us.
For years we have been combining live experiences with virtual communication that integrates and involves target groups – before, during and after the event:

In times of Corona and event bans, our expertise helps us to move experiences into the virtual space as well.

For example, for management summits, leadership conventions, kick-off meetings. Just as for exhibitions, product launches, openings or brand experiences.

If the guest does not come to the event, the event comes to the guest.

A live experience – that is, experiencing messages with all the senses – can never be completely replaced.
But now digital concepts are in demand.

Zooming and live streaming can be done by anyone today.
To really communicate and convey messages in a sustainable way, it requires more than just using the usual conferencing solutions.

In order to achieve the communication goals online as well, you need a well thought-out concept with a dramaturgy that is geared to the target group.

Reconciling digital and real productions requires a new dramaturgy.

We design digital events for different occasions, objectives and target groups by bringing emotions and atmosphere from the stage to the web.

With a storyline of surprising ideas and interactive building blocks tailored to the occasion and target group.

With our concepts, we ensure that both worlds combine.
Below we present two concept solutions:

LIVE EVENTS WITH DIGITAL CHARACTER

Live – from a real scene
The event takes place at a real venue. For example, in the exciting and authentic setting of a TV studio. On site are only the actors in front of and behind the cameras. The audience is digitally present, e.g. from the (home) office.

Dramaturgy and storyline
For a true community experience on the web, a storyline and dramaturgy must be created in which the audience is involved by means of interactions.

Inspiring players
The program is designed by real actors, such as the host and the moderator.
In addition, guests will have their say, such as external and internal experts, keynote speakers – also live in the studio or broadcast. A supporting program designed by artists will provide emotions.

Infotainment – interaction and entertainment
Interaction and attention on the net is ensured by involving the audience through chats, voting, mood polls and gamification, etc.

DIGITAL EVENTS WITH LIVE FEELING

The virtual scene / 3D space
We design a virtual three-dimensional space as the setting. Completely in your corporate design. Or we digitally recreate real places, such as your exhibition and meeting location. Your production site. Your Head Office. The Hofburg or a creative pop-up location. Everything is possible.
Participants enter the virtual space – visit the plenum, take part in talk rounds and discussions, or go to the exhibition room, where they exchange information with the responsible persons at the booths (chat).

Futuristic moderation
A creatively designed avatar acts as a host in the virtual space and steers the participants’ digital tour through the program and content. The avatar can also be replaced by a real presenter integrated into the virtual space.

Inspiring information and communication
Hosts, experts, keynote speakers will be live. Very TEDx style. Additional video inserts convey further key messages.

Exciting interaction and co-creation
The audience is live and actively involved in the storyline – for example through discussion rounds or Q&A’s, mood polls or voting, interactive sessions or lessons, e.g. on the topic of Mindfulness (Yoga and Mindwork). Or gamification tools. Working together in virtual space.

Live feeling through live acts
The virtual space becomes an inspiring music, theater or comedy stage for live acts. Depending on the topic/message, artists are also called in and provide emotions.

“Coffee Breaks” & Virtual Networking
Coffee breaks are also built in for guests in the (home) office.
Over homemade coffee, sharing and socializing takes place through social media tools, such as online chats and the like.

Live Experience Box
In the run-up to the event, we put together a package that is sent to the participants in a completely analog way. The content is customized gimmicks, but also associated with specific tasks (e.g. Lego Serious Play). The completion of these tasks takes place in an interactive session and is documented by the participants themselves (uploading photos, videos, etc.).
