Junior event
and incentive manager

The Gesellschaft für Erlebnismarketing is one of the leading agencies for events and incentives. To strengthen our team we are looking for a junior manager.

Task

• Collaboration in the development, conception and implementation of events and incentives, research, preparation of presentations, support of the project manager
• Collaboration with internal conceptionists and experience designers
• Collaboration with communication specialists in the areas of social media, e-marketing, advertising, PR and other external service partners

Requirements

• Education with completed studies, e.g. university of applied sciences for tourism/event management or university (business administration, marketing, organization/personnel development), or similar
• Professional experience: experience in event management (internships, etc.) is an advantage
• Languages: perfect written and spoken German, very good knowledge of English (experience abroad is an advantage)
• IT: knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), InDesign
• Personal requirements: high level of commitment, absolute customer orientation, pronounced quality awareness, high flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Other requirements: basic knowledge of marketing, communication and the creation of advertising material
